Ingredients:
- Instant Multi Millet Dosa Mix:
idli rava (6%), flour (6%), Kodo Millet Idli Rava (6%), Kodo Millet Flour (6%), Urad dal (29%), Wheat rava (15%), Rice flour, Corn flour, Citric acid (INS330), Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate (E500)
- Instant Millet Dosa Mix:
idli rava (12%), flour (12%), Urad dal (29%), Wheat rava (15%), Rice flour, Corn flour, Citric acid (INS330), Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate (E500)

Instructions for Instant Dosa Mix:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of Eat Millet mix dosa.
- Add 2 tablespoons of chopped coriander leaves, 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda to the dry ingredients.
- Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
- Store the instant dosa mix in an airtight container until ready to use.
Instructions for Making Dosas:
- When ready to make dosas, take the desired amount of the instant dosa mix in a bowl (approximately 1/2 cup for 2 persons).
- Gradually add water while stirring continuously to make a smooth batter. The consistency should be similar to that of pancake batter.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or dosa pan over medium heat. Once hot, pour a ladleful of batter onto the center of the skillet.
- Using the back of the ladle, spread the batter in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
- Drizzle a little oil around the edges of the dosa and cook until the edges start to brown and crisp up, and the bottom is golden brown.
- Flip the dosa and cook for another minute or until the other side is golden brown and crisp.
- Remove the dosa from the skillet and serve hot with chutney or sambar.
