Instructions for Making Millet Poha:

  1. Soak Eat Millet Jowar flakes (2 cups) in water and drain the extra water.
  2. Heat oil (1 tablespoon), add mustard seeds (1 teaspoon) and peanuts (1 tablespoon).
  3. After roasting peanuts, add finely chopped onions (1/4 cup). Sautè until turns translucent.
  4. Add green chillies (1 teaspoon) and diced potatoes (1 cup). Add salt to taste and cook until potatoes turn soft.
  5. Add turmeric powder (1/2 teaspoon), red chilli powder (1 teaspoon) and curry leaves (1 teaspoon). Mix well.
  6. Add Eat Millet Jowar flakes and mix well. Cook it for 2 minutes.
  7. Jowar Poha is ready to serve

Adjust the sweetness or add more flavors according to your preference. Enjoy your Millet Poha!
