Instructions for Making Millet IDLI RAVA:

  1. Clean, wash and soak 1 cup urad dal in sufficient water for 8-10 hours.
  2. Soak 2 cups of Eat Millet Idli rava for 2 hours.
  3. Grind the soaked urad dal to fine batter consistency
  4. Add soaked rava to the batter and blend well with a spatula.
  5. Allow the batter to ferment overnight.
  6. Add salt and steam spoonful of the batter. Serve hot with sambar, chutney or podi.

Adjust the sweetness or add more flavors according to your preference. Enjoy your Millet Idli!
